Octane Coffee’s La Laguna Guatemala brewed in Atlanta and enjoyed at home. This coffee was brewed in Atlanta and then mailed to me in a Thermos Stainless King 40oz Beverage Bottle as part of a Thermos ad campaign. Although the temperature was only 151 Fahrenheit when it arrived (dropping approximately 50 degrees in 24 hours), the coffee still tasted nice, and it was a pleasure to receive a package from Octane. The Thermos itself is great, and reminds me of the one my dad carried to work for 20 years.

Eggs in Purgatory. Ever have leftover marinara or arrabbiata? Heat the sauce, pour a thin layer into a shallow baking dish and crack in a couple eggs. Bake in a hot, 450 oven for 10 minutes for a soft yolk. Sprinkle with parmesan and some fresh herbs.
